We oversee the business processes that govern the foundation's basic grantmaking and risk management; evaluate and improve the impact of the foundation's grantmaking; and produce accurate and transparent financial analyses and reports. We also coordinate public-private partnerships across the different grantmaking areas to optimize effectiveness and share best practices, and we drive a number of special initiatives related to planning for substantial increases in long-term payout and overall growth.<br/><br/></td></tr><tr height=25><td valign=top><b>Responsibilities</b></td><td>Responsible for auditing employee, domestic non-employee and international non-employee travel expenses to ensure compliance with domestic and international Travel & Expense Policies and laws. Assist with the maintenance and the day-to-day operations of the foundation's corporate credit card provider and electronic expense reporting system. Build and distribute reporting from the electronic expense reporting system. Manage the employee credit card accounts and manage company payments to the bank for employee expenses, through administration of expense reports.<br/>- Audit Employee Travel & Expense expenditures to ensure compliance with domestic and international policies and applicable laws.<br/>- Audit domestic and international non-staff participant travel expenditures to ensure compliance with non-staff travel & Expense policy as well as domestic and international laws.<br/>- Develop, program and maintain travel and expense reporting with the Cognos 10 report designing platform, which requires in-depth knowledge of SQL, database joining techniques and report authoring skills.<br/>- Receive and respond in a timely and highly professional manner to high-volume questions/issues regarding Travel & Expense Policy, Credit Card program and Electronic Expense Reporting System.<br/>- Administer the Foundation Credit Card Program.<br/>- Analyze and prepare ad-hoc reports.<br/>- Support employees with Credit Card and Expense questions.<br/><br/><br/></td></tr><tr height=25><td valign=top><b>Qualifications</b></td><td>- Associate's or BA degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.<br/>- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in processing Employee T&E reconciliations/payments utilizing automated accounting systems.<br/>- Has good understanding of general accounting principles.<br/>- Experience assisting and maintaining a corporate credit card web tool; or high volume Accounts Payable employee expense reimbursements.<br/>- Experience with travel and expense report processing audits and has participated in corporate financial month end closings.<br/>- Excellent oral and written communication skills in an environment requiring diplomacy and good judgment in managing interactions with individuals at all levels inside the organization.<br/>- Possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.<br/>- Has demonstrated a willingness and enthusiasm to temporarily step outside of hired role to help where help is needed.<br/>- Demonstrated experience using and proficiency with MSWord, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and automated accounting systems. It is responsible for the foundation's grantee partner engagement and human resources functions as well as facilities and security.<br/><br/></td></tr><tr height=25><td valign=top><b>Responsibilities</b></td><td>The GPE Program Manager is a limited term employment position for a maximum of three years designed to put in place repeatable processes for administering grantee and partner feedback via surveys (GPR and interim pulse surveys) and focus groups/interviews (Grantee Advisory Community). Complex project management across multiple projects is required with a focus on change management to ensure the processes are both adopted and scalable.<br/><br/>This position will also be responsible for developing the fledgling Grantee Advisory Community in a way that takes modest effort over time, but provides robust feedback from a wide range of grantees to ensure teams without direct access to our grantees and partners have opportunities to learn and implement based on grantee/partner perspective to improve our overall impact as an organization.<br/><br/>In addition, this position will identify and help teams adopt best practices in how to engage grantees and partners in dialogue through a wide variety of tools and methods.
