This role is a core member of the foundation's brand team and will execute many of the initiatives required to support our brand strategy. Furthermore, it has specific responsibility for marketing, and exhibit content within, the foundation's Visitor Center (&ldquo;VC&rdquo;) adjacent to the Seattle headquarters.<br/><br/>The brand team has made recent progress in identifying and quantifying the potential of the foundation's brand to help catalyze audience groups in service of our mission. This role will help us realize the full potential of this promise. Underlying all of our work is an increasingly deep knowledge of our audiences and how we can best communicate with them. We work in an insights and data-driven environment, and a qualified candidate will have experience in similar environments.<br/><br/>We seek highly creative marketers who have demonstrated experience in setting vision, detailed strategy, ambitious goals and optimizing those plans based on data. Our work is global in nature and strong candidates will have demonstrated success in understanding and working across cultures.<br/><br/>This role is highly visible to, and interactive with, cross-functional teams across the organization, including VC interpretive staff, Operations, Insights, External Communications, New Media, Finance and Contracts (among others) and must be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/>- Develop tools and materials that extend, promote, and bring alive the foundation's brand narrative with specific audiences.<br/>- Help identify and create opportunities for increased localization of the brand essence and narrative, and provide specific support to local field office teams to fulfill the potential of this work.<br/>- Work closely with our Insights function as a thought partner to help scope new work, coordinate initiatives, and help manage those work streams as needed.
