Finance and Strategy Jobs

The Finance and Strategy Group provides the Global Health, Global Development, and United States Programs the financial services, tools, and resources they need to achieve their grantmaking and advocacy goals. The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining operating procedures designed to ensure rigorous stewardship of the foundation's financial resources. They oversee the business processes that govern the foundation’s basic grantmaking and risk management; evaluate and improve the impact of the foundation's grantmaking; and produce accurate and transparent financial analyses and reports. They also coordinate public-private partnerships across the different grantmaking areas to optimize effectiveness and share best practices.
