The foundation’s diverse and talented staff partner with people and organizations worldwide to tackle critical problems in three program areas: Global Development, Global Health, and the United States. Staff who focus on policy, advocacy, and government affairs advance the foundation’s programmatic goals by building public and political will to scale solutions that work.

Communications staff contribute to advocacy efforts, raise awareness of the issues the foundation addresses, work to protect and advance the foundation’s reputation, and oversee all internal and external communications functions.
